REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund with 7 days of the delivery.  Items must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging with tags and labels attached.  Merchandise must be free of deodorant and other stains.  If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Merchandise can be return for a full store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days of delivery, all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All eligible returns will be credited back in original payment form minus return shipping fee within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of return. 

To complete your return, we require an original receipt of purchase or log onto our site to process a return. Any return without return authorization will be sent back at customer's own expense. Returns/Exchanges that appear washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Jody Tjan merchandise cannot be returned to jodytjan.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All international sales are final.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached in original packaging. If you are approved, then your refund minus shipping fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of return.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jodytjan.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any discounted merchandise, sale merchandise and sample sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. All sales items are final.

Jody Tjan does not offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased one day sales or flash sales. Jody Tjan will offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 3 days prior to the start date of a site wide sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your Jody Tjan account in the form of store credit which will be valid for 6 months of issued date. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item. If you need to exchange merchandise, please contact us at info@jodytjan.com.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

All orders placed before noon EST are processed within same business day. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
