Shipping Information

Sales tax is applicable to orders shipped within New York state.

All contiguous US orders will be shipped free with USPS. 

International orders will be calculated at checkout and will be shipped FedEx or DHL.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags attached. Merchandise must be free of deodorant and other stains.  If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. However the item may be returned for a full store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days of delivery, all sales are final.

All eligible returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of the receipt of the return.

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Jody Tjan merchandise cannot be returned to

Where should I mail my return?

To return your product, you should mail your product to with the return authorization code to: 254 West 35th Street, Suite 303. New York New York US 10001

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All international sales are final.

How will I receive a refund if I return my items?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached in original packaging. If you are approved, then your refund minus shipping fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of return.

It's been a few days, why don't I see my refund in my account?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any discounted merchandise, sale merchandise and sample sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. All sales items are final.

An item I bought went on sale, can I get a price adjustment?

Jody Tjan does not offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased during one day sales or flash sales. Jody Tjan will offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 3 days prior to the start date of a site wide sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your Jody Tjan account in the form of store credit which will be valid for 6 months of issued date. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
