Place an Order

Our clients place an order with us. We process the order. If it is in stock, we send a confirmation to confirm that it will be shipped. If we run out stock then we will notify our customers, the customer can place a backorder with an ETA. The customer can confirm backorder or cancel the backorder.

Step 2

Fabric/ Trims

We purchase stock fabrics of the highest quality direct from the mills to combat the wastage. (Sometimes, we purchase designer deadstock fabrics.) We purchase our trims from direct suppliers. We do this to ensure quality and eliminate middlemen costs.

Step 3


Each of our style is made in small batches to reduce overproduction and waste. We pride ourselves in not only being designed in NYC but we predominantly manufacture here as well. We believe in providing jobs to our locals who live here. (Because not everyone’s a millionaire/billionaire in NYC; believe it or not!)

Step 4

Quality Control

While each our NYC factories are full are artisans and QC themselves, we do a second inspection of every garment with our quality assurance checklist to ensure it meets our standards before we ship it to you.We want you to love your purchase for years to come.

Step 5

Pack and Ship

We pack and ship all orders from our studio. We will notify you of your shipment via email. As a sustainable brand, please note we do not provide unnecessary packaging to reduce added cost to you and wastage for landfill. (If this stunts your unboxing experiences, we apologize but we are doing our part to be kinder to Planet Earth.)
